A well educated mind vs a well formed mind – Dr. Sashi Tharoor

Dr. Sashi Tharoor, Minister of State,Ministry of Human Resource Development,Government of India gives a powerful speech, providing a grand vision for a well formed educational system and establishes the four "E"s for the future Indian education system: Expansion, Equity, Excellence, and Employability. Dr. Tharoor persuades that education is not only an economic issue, but it is also a national security issue and wants to see the education system enables the majority of the population to adapt to the new world of technological advances.  He provides in his speech compelling reasons with examples supporting his vision.
